  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at here within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
